Moving on up

INVESTMENT in skills and equipment has meant that we are going to be on the move soon.

Thanks to match funding from Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Yorkshire Laser Fabrication is expanding to accommodate the demand for our high quality laser cutting and fabrication works.

We have been able to invest in specialist skills for our design team and support skills for the management.  This has enabled them to migrate our ISO:9001 accreditation to the latest standard.  We have also invested in training so that the management team can develop everyone else in the factory.

That has generated more work in our core sectors of design and laser cutting which our factory in Castleford isn’t big enough to cope with.  Later this month we will be on the move to nearby Normanton to a purpose built factory that will enable us to house our existing team, new members and deliver the work that we are winning.
