Covid-19 Customer Letter

 Dear Customer,

Following on from recent government announcements and the address to the nation from the Prime Minister on Monday night, we continue to monitor the current situation regularly.

At present we are still in operation and continue to manufacture products for our customers.

We have introduced several measures to keep our staff safe on site, steps taken when delivering goods to customers include the following;

Drivers are wearing disposable gloves and will leave the vehicle to facilitate unloading only.

Drivers will keep a minimum distance of 2m from any customer employees they encounter.

The insides of the vehicle are regularly being sanitised with disinfectant.

Our driver will write in the name of the person receiving the goods and we will then email you a copy of this after the delivery has taken place.

Whilst we completely understand that this is an unprecedented time for all companies in the UK we would kindly ask that if you are already closed or are planning to close imminently then could you please contact us with immediate effect and let us know so we can plan production and deliveries accordingly.
